These bonds greatly condition the dynamics of every relationship that we form in our adult life.<\/p><p>What defines the quality of our lives is the quality of our relationships. What defines the quality of our relationships is their authenticity and depth, which in turn depends upon the authenticity of our relationship with our own selves.<\/p><p>In our Kundalini Yoga workshop this Saturday, we will probe deep into our sub consciousness to better understand various aspects of our lives that influence our relationships with our own soul as well as with those around us.<\/p><p>Kundalini Yoga uses specific kriyas, mantras, mudras and meditations that help us to increase the depth and our understanding of life. It also liberates us from a lifetime of accumulated pain, anger, grief and sorrow so that we may live a life of bliss, joy and celebration.<\/p><p>This workshop will be conducted by Bijay J. Anand who has been teaching Kundalini Yoga in India, Canada, Mexico, Jamaica and all over Europe.
